| Descripción : | The present research project aims to make use of the political dynamics, (from the 'veto players' or players with veto power) that are formed around and within the accountability. The basis of the analysis starts from the identification and training of these dynamics, which played a key role at the level of the institutions of control and accountability, to improve the level of governance during the former president's government Rafael Correa Delgado (2010-2016) (this period is analyzed because it is in which, the control organisms did not fulfill their function). For this, definitions of accountability were taken from authors such as O 'Donnell, Peruzzotti and Boschi, as well as authors who describe the political dynamics from players with veto power such as Mejía. |
