| Descripción : | This comprehensive book covers various components of the Aviation Law and the Ecuadorian Public Policy in the civil aviation sector. It is divided into four chapters that include the historical background of international civil aviation, the emergence of national and international aviation law, the principles of aviation law, the public and private organizations that manage and control the domestic and international aviation activity, and other institutions of aeronautical activity in general. The basic objective of this research work is to approach the principles and guidelines for structuring new public policies that will stimulate a sustainable development and sustainable aviation activity in Ecuador. This research work has been performed under a comparative approach to doctrine, Latin American and International Law, both, applied to the study of the principles that conforms the Aviation Law; allowing us to formulate legal texts in the context of political issues related to civil aviation in compliance with the provisions of the Constitution, International Conventions, the National Development Plan for Good Living (2013 – 2017) and the domestic law. |
