dc.descriptionThe field of event management is a relatively new field that has evolved through the influence of the internet and social networks. The celebrations went from being monotonous and simple to very special and elaborate. All people want to stand with their guests to demonstrate status, good taste and a comfortable economic position. This business plan seeks to demonstrate the feasibility of creating a company that complements the celebrations, especially of children under 14 years, they are also influenced by the internet to carry out their party with themes of their favorite characters or singers, for example. To complement this celebration, the company under this lease business plan through contractual arrangements with the customer different solutions to acclimate the event such as: hot dog carts, cotton candy, popcorn, ice cream and shawarma that also includes the product and service by a trained person. The differentiating factors offered by the company, search to stand out from the competition through quality service (selecting the best providers), adaptation (adapting to the needs of customers and offering a personalized service), and a service just in time. For this, an analysis of the environment and qualitative and quantitative research was carried out, where it was known that there is an important objective market and that through the proposed installed capacity, an important business opportunity was found. With respect to financial analysis, a projection to 5 years was made and was started with an investment of $46.340,98 funded in 30% with a bank to 5 years term and the difference with own investment. Financial indicators showed a positive result with an IRR of 21.87% and NPV of $9.373,80 that confirms the viability of the project.en
