Descripción : The current business plan has been created in order to offer a new option to those people who do not have the chance to eat right due to their busy lifestyle. Truck ´n´ Cheese is the name of the food truck that will drive around Quito in order to offer gourmet fast food prepared under high standards of quality, cleanliness and hygiene. The target market will be composed of office employees and university students that look for a rewarding eating experience but cannot afford it. Even though, there are several informal food establishments in the market, consumers do not trust them because their products are considered unhealthy. Truck ´n´ Cheese will change the Ecuadorian street food concept through differentiation strategies in order to create an innovative business model that will be able to adapt to the changing consumer needs, adding quality to the productive process. The staff will be highly trained in customer relationship management (CRM) and in food handling and sanitation practices. Additionally, they must share the corporate culture and the passion for offering value to customers. The economic situation offers a favorable scenario for the creation of the new business as shown in the financial analysis of this plan. The initial investment of $148.051, 37 will be financed in the following way: 43% from bank credit and the 57% with personal capital. The results are show in the next chart which shows the benefits of operating under leveraged conditions.
