| Resumen : | En la actualidad, el activo más importante para todas las empresas viene a ser la información que manejan de todos sus movimientos y actividades. Sin embargo, con la evolución de la tecnología se va viendo la necesidad de implementar en las compañías nuevos sistemas que ayuden a interpretar y desplegar esta información de una manera más útil. Pollo Favorito S.A. POFASA detectó esta problemática en el manejo que tenían de sus datos en la gestión de mantenimientos de su maquinaria empresarial, por lo que se propuso la implementación de un sistema que automatice el proceso de generación de mantenimientos programados y formulación de reportes. El proyecto consta entonces de la implementación de un sistema que mejore y optimice el proceso que previamente se manejaba en la empresa. Por lo tanto, el objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar un sistema de inventario para la gestión de mantenimientos de maquinaria empresarial que entregue información veraz acerca de los mantenimientos de maquinaria empresarial. Para lograr esto, se deberán también tomar en cuenta puntos como el levantamiento del proceso previo de la empresa, trabajar con información actualizada de los mantenimientos y que se debe mantener notificado al usuario de qué máquinas deben entrar y salir de mantenimiento durante el día. Con la finalidad de alcanzar la mejor implementación del proyecto, se decidió que se utilizará la metodología de desarrollo Scrum, cuyos paradigmas impulsarán el proyecto en la dirección correcta. Además, se seguirán los lineamientos de desarrollo dados por el MVC de Java, Spring Boot, que plantea la el llamado e implementación de complementos ya existentes de Java. Para poder realizar un buen levantamiento de los procesos que la empresa mantiene y bajo los cuales deberá regirse el sistema, se utiliza la metodología de procesos BPM CBOK. Esta propone la división del levantamiento de los procesos en varias fases, que irán descubriendo todos los aspectos que el sistema debe cubrir. |
| Descripción : | Currently, the most important asset for all companies is the information they handle of all their movements and activities. However, with the evolution of technology, we are seeing the need to implement new systems in companies that help interpret and display this information in a more useful way. Pollo Favorito S.A. POFASA detected this problem in the management they had of their data of maintenances in their business machinery, so it was proposed the implementation of a system that automates the process of generation of scheduled maintenances and formulation of reports. The project consists in the implementation of a system that improves and optimizes the process that was previously handled in the company. Therefore, the objective of the project is to develop an inventory system for the management of maintenance of business machinery that provides accurate information about the maintenance of business machinery. To achieve this, some points should also be considered, such as the parametrization of the previous process in the company, working with updated maintenance information and that the user must be notified of which machines must enter and leave maintenance during the day. To achieve the best implementation of the project, it was decided that the Scrum development methodology will be used, whose paradigms will drive the project in the right direction. In addition, the development guidelines given by the Java MVC will be followed, Spring Boot, which proposes the call and implementation of Javas existing add ons. To perform a good survey of the processes that the company maintains and under which the system must be governed, the BPM CBOK process methodology is used. These methods propose the division of the process in several phases, which will discover all the aspects that the system must cover. |
