Descripción : The idea of the neurological physical rehabilitation center that arises in the project was born due to the actual experience of a patient who lost mobility and sensitivity of the legs, partially lost speech and vision, the therapies in this patient have been poorly guided and also rehabilitation has not had the necessary equipment since in Quito are not enough specialized centers, accentuating her weaknesses in the march. Given this background the doctors explain that whether or not a patient requires surgery, if there is neurological injury, specialized rehabilitation with good guide is needed every day for proper recovery and health maintenance. The market entry strategy will consist in offering a high quality service making it stand out from other services currently provided by existing Physical Rehabilitation Centers. The growth strategy consists in adding features or functions to the existing service in order to expand the market. The project has partners with experience in the market since three of the five partners are specialized experienced therapists, and two of them are patients with 5 years of experience in the market, the center will start with the customers that the partners actually have. As a result of market research, the 93.3 % of the population with neurological physical disability of middle, upper middle and high class in Quito are potential clients of the center; however, the neurological physical rehabilitation center comprehensive market will target 66.7% of potential customers, which are 3.552 people. The project requires an initial investment of $ 177.727 that consists in, intangible assets, tangible assets and working capital. Under a normal scenario, a leverage of 50% and an interest rate of 11,5 %, the project obtained an IRR of 22,2 % and a NPV (Net Present Value) of $48.457 demonstrating the financial viability of the project.
