| Resumen : | La Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Pablo Muñoz Vega es una entidad de intermediación financiera según lo señala la Resolución 85 019 DC de 24 de octubre de 1985 emitida por la Superintendencia de Bancos y Seguros. Actualmente cuenta con 65.447 asociados, distribuidos en las diferentes provincias de Carchi, Imbabura, Pichincha y Sucumbíos. Esta entidad financiera ha experimentado un crecimiento en los últimos tiempos, razón por la cual ha requerido mejorar sus sistemas informáticos y su infraestructura de red. Capítulo 1. En este capítulo se tratarán todos los criterios, normativas, estándares y fundamentos tecnológicos actuales que permitirán desarrollar los siguientes Capítulos en lo referente a levantamiento de información y diseño de la solución para la entidad. Se revisan criterios relevantes de las normas ANSI EIA TIA 942 y 568 B a la luz de los cuales se levantará la información de línea base del estado de la red. Capítulo 2. En este capítulo se realizará el levantamiento de la información actual del estado y servicios de red en la Cooperativa que servirá como línea base. Se toma en cuenta la normativa de la SEPS adoptada de la Resolución JB 2014 3066 SBS, la cual realiza recomendaciones referentes a la seguridad de la información, las operaciones y la continuidad del negocio para luego pasar a analizar la red y servicios en base a las normas ANSI EIA TIA revisadas en el Capítulo 1. Se realizará una tabla donde se especifican los problemas hallados y que serán posteriormente tratados en el diseño de la solución. Capítulo 3. En este capítulo se realizará el diseño de la solución para la red de la Cooperativa, tomando siempre en cuenta los criterios definidos en los capítulos previos con los cuales se procederá a aplicar la metodología Top Down para el desarrollo propuesto. Se usarán protocolos y esquemas de Networking de tal forma que el resultado sea una red escalable, redundante, jerárquica y con elevados niveles de disponibilidad. |
| Descripción : | The Savings and Credit Cooperative Pablo Muñoz Vega is a financial intermediation entity as indicated in Resolution 85 019 DC of October 24, 1985 issued by the Superintendence of Banks and Insurance. Currently it has 65447 associates, distributed in the different provinces of Carchi, Imbabura, Pichincha and Sucumbíos. This financial institution has experienced growth in recent times, which is why it has required improving its computer systems and its network infrastructure. Chapter 1. This chapter will deal with all the criteria, regulations, standards and current technological foundations that will allow developing the following Chapters in relation to information gathering and design of the solution for the entity. Relevant criteria of the ANSI EIA TIA 942 and 568 B standards are reviewed in light of which the baseline information of the state of the network will be lifted. Chapter 2. In this chapter, the current state information and network services will be collected in the Cooperative that will serve as the baseline. The regulations of the SEPS adopted from Resolution JB 2014 3066 SBS are taken into account, which makes recommendations regarding the security of information, operations and business continuity, to then analyze the network and services based on to the ANSI EIA TIA standards reviewed in Chapter 1. A table will be made where the problems found are specified and which will be later treated in the design of the solution. Chapter 3. In this chapter, the design of the solution for the Cooperative network will be carried out, always taking into account the criteria defined in the previous chapters with which the Top Down methodology will be applied for the proposed development, networking protocols and schemes will be used in such a way that the result is a scalable, redundant, hierarchical network with high levels of availability. |
