Descripción : La Mariscal is the set of several districts characterized by its vertiginous growth during the last decades. It has consolidated as a centrality due to diverse factors such as cultural, commercial and leisure activities that take place in it. However, this development has led to problems such as irregular land use - low level of residential use, the increasing appearance of commerce, specially at night, the concentration of activities at specific times of the day or incorrect transport and public space planning, which have an impact on urban vitality. Once the problem was determined, an Urban Master Plan was proposed. It presents macro-level solutions in La Mariscal, among them are: a new land use, road planning, a network of public spaces, green areas and urban equipment. The gastronomic market is proposed as a response to the user´s needs in this study area, among which figures the lack of a supply center and the requirement of functional public spaces. The urban facility is articulated with the road and transport system. For this, a referent study for urban, architectural, technological, environmental and structural aspects was made, in order to reactivate the intervention area and improve its urban dynamics.
