| Resumen : | El trabajo que el docente realiza para potenciar las diferentes habilidades de los alumnos es transcendental para su desarrollo, más aún cuando los niños con altas capacidades cognitivas se encuentran dentro del grupo de personas con necesidades educativas especiales. Por ello, el objetivo principal del presente trabajo de titulación es describir las diferentes estrategias de intervención educativa como son enriquecimiento, aceleración y agrupamiento mismos que, docentes utilizan con niños de educación inicial con altas capacidades cognitivas y talentos excepcionales. El presente estudio tiene un enfoque cualitativo el cual permitió analizar y contemplar la información durante la búsqueda y estudio investigativo de esta población, considerando los objetivos y la problemática establecida. Además, está direccionada a un tipo exploratorio ya que se han tratado temas que no han sido investigados antes o que a su vez no han sido indagados a profundidad. Dentro del marco teórico se diferenció las terminologías entre alta capacidad, talento excepcional, genio, prodigio y superdotado. Además, se fundamentó los reglamentos legislativos que resguardan el derecho y oportunidad a la educación para esta población en el Ecuador y en otros países. Se expusieron las estrategias utilizadas por docentes en diferentes países, y en los que se considera los procesos de identificación, intervención educativa y modelos de adaptación curricular. Las herramientas que se utilizaron en esta investigación fueron entrevistas semiestructuradas a docentes a cargo de niños excepcionales, y observaciones no participativas en dos entidades educativas una fiscomisional y otra privada. Finalmente, con la información recopilada, se efectúo un análisis de los resultados en el que se evidenció que los docentes desconocen este tema por lo cual, se propone publicar y difundir una revista educativa que brinde información acerca de los niños y niñas con talentos excepcionales, enfocados a docentes y padres de familia. |
| Descripción : | The work that the teacher does to enhance the different abilities of the students is transcendental for their development, especially when children with cognitive abilities are within the group of people with special educational needs. Therefore, the main objective of the degree work is to describe the different Dducational intervention strategies such as enrichment, acceleration and grouping. These are used by teachers to work with children in early education with cognitive abilities and exceptional talents. The present study has a qualitative approach that can be analyzed and contemplate the information during the research and the investigative study of this population, considering the objectives and the established problems. In addition, it is aimed at a type of exploratory that has already addressed issues that have not been investigated before or that sometimes have not been investigated in depth. Within the theoretical framework, the terminology between high capacity, exceptional talent, genius, prodigy and giftedness is differentiated. In addition, the legislative regulations that safeguard the right and the opportunity to education for this population in Ecuador and in other countries were based. The strategies used for teachers in different countries were presented, and in which the processes of identification, educational intervention and curricular adaptation models are considered. The tools that were used in this investigation were the following: an important part of the educational activities one fiscomisional and another private one. Finally, with the information collected, an analysis of the results is made in which it is evident that the teachers are unaware of this issue as far as itis concerned, an educational magazine that provides information about children with exceptional talents is opened and published. , focused on teachers and parents. |
