Descripción : The present topic, has assessing the productive parameters that was obtain from animals treated with Tylosin Tartrate (Tylan), delivered in the drinking water, for the control of Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma synoviae, in 200 broilers coming from a farm situated in Guayllabamba, in the Pisque River. The study formed two groups, one designated control group and the other experimental group, each one with 100 birds. On the first day of age, the presence of mycoplasma (Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma synoviae) was evaluated with the rapid serum agglutination test, and it has tasted again at the 30 days of age. To the experimental group the Tylan supply at a dose of 110 mg / kg on the third day after each vaccination while the control group wasn`t administered the antibiotic. The following productive parameters that had evaluated are: body weight, feed intake, feed conversion (CA), productive efficiency index (IEP) and mortality rate. As well as the identification of pathological findings indicating the presence of mycoplasma. The results were analyzed by the central tendency measures and the T test for independent samples. On 42 days, the experimental group obtained a lower feed conversion (1.82) compared to the control group (1.92), the control group bird consumed 463 gr more than the experimental group and according to the result of the (IEP) the best was the experimental group with (342.70). Although it was a positive effect on the productive parameters, statistically it was not significant difference, however, in body weight was found a significant difference like (p menor que 0.05). About the test performed on the first day, vertical transmission was confirmed, since 90 percent of the birds sampled were positive for mycoplasmosis avian. According to the results obtained, it can be concluded that the administration of Tylan post-vaccination increased the productive performance in the birds studied.
