| Descripción : | In Ecuador there is no record or database of the absorption coefficients of national raw material, so it was decided to carry out the characterization of the absorption of 17 materials with the Kundt tube method based on the Normative UNE-EN ISO 10534-2 “Determination of acoustic absorption coefficient and acoustic impedance in impedance tubes”. These materials could be applied in the field of construction for acoustic conditioning, without the need to appeal to the importation of materials that may have similar characteristics of absorption, which will be achieved through an analysis of results and comparison between characterized materials and those analyzed in the present titling work. In addition, a database of the featured materials will be provided, in such a way that the characteristics of the materials can be obtained thickness, weight, absorption coefficient, together with a description of them. With the purpose of have a broader idea of the results obtained, it will be carried out a comparison of the characterized materials with similar pairs and materials with some kind of similarity, taking into account main characteristics that influence the measurement. On the other hand, will be held a statistical calculation of the deviation between the two databases. |
