| Descripción : | A smart building must be integrated, merged into the environment both externally and internally to produce a minimum visual impact, and must take advantage of all passive systems of air conditioning, ventilation and lighting in a natural way, using or using all the necessary systems and among them, efficient electromechanical systems. The aim for this case of study is: Designing and Implementing an automated system for lighting control through a Siemens programmable logic controller (Logo Model 230 RCE). This system allows to reduce energy consumption in communal areas of the “Torres de Suites” Building. The methodology types implemented in this project are descriptive, inductive and deductive. Through them, the automated system was successfully implemented at “Torres de Suites” bulding. |
