| Resumen : | La presente investigación analiza los planes alrededor del programa del gobierno del expresidente de la República, Rafael Correa, para beneficio de los migrantes titulado Plan Retorno Ecuador. Mediante fuentes oficiales, documentales y de los actores inmersos en el tema, se puede concluir que el plan tuvo falencias en cuanto a la ejecución. Más de 10 000 migrantes retornaron con la ilusión de tener beneficios en su país. La situación actual del migrante depende de ellos mismo, no del gobierno. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation analize all the plans around the goverments program of the expresident of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, for the benefit of the migrant called Plan Retorno Ecuador. Through official sources, documentaries and actors involve in the topic, we can conclude that the plan had mistakes in the operation. More than 10 000 migrants returned with the illusion of having benefit in their country. The actual situation of the migrant depend on theirselves, not to goverment anymore. |
