Descripción : Following the actual tendencies and preferences of the sports information market through digital media, this business plan, seeks to provide the national consumer a complete summary of the main sports worldwide; by being the first audiovisual production whose entire digital content is spread nationwide. It combines a humoristic content with the most important events of the day in the sports world, so the client can inform and distract himself from a daily routine. It will analyze all the external factors that have an influence in the project, specially the Ecuadorian society, the technology, competitors, providers and opportunities through an external factor matrix. Likewise, it will analyze the potential costumer based on quantitative and qualitative studies, used to determine the attractiveness and interest from the potential market. Which is mainly conformed by college students and professionals who are passionate about sports, yet they lack of time to see their favorite sports live. Based on external analysis of the costumer the project will present its business opportunity. The marketing proposal will be based on service. Its core points will be product, physical space, promotion and people. This are the main elements for the costumer in the marketing mix. The company named ENTRE-TIEMPO will be a limited responsibility company that will have seven employees for the first year, then the number will increase to 10 employees in the next five years. A financial model will be created where all the income, expenses, investment, debt, statement of income, and balances are stipulated with the means to present a cash flow for the project, investor and project viability.
