The lack of communication about this sport at a competitive level causes people to see it as training and leisure, which is why the creation of a Billiard School in the city of Quito seeks to instil and generate people who practice this sport at a professional level, Through the use of a novel learning system that consists of three levels, using images projected on the billiard tables, generating attraction and allowing customers to be self-taught. Below is a business plan that projects a thorough analysis on the market, the customers, and the industry environment.
