dc.description | The Wilson socks factory does not have a visual communication system to enter retail, which has begun to threaten its economic stability and that of its employees. Due to the import of Chinese product to the country for it’s low cost of manufacture and sale. To improve its image, it has been decided to redesign it’s brand, create signage, social networks, website, redesign of its sub-brands, and product labels, merchandise and corporate stationery design for the needs of users and the general public. To define its final design, the mixed research method was used, making use of interviews with the target user to a sample of 68 people from 20 to 35 years old and interviews with professionals related to the project's expertise in this case a community manager, factory’s owner and the product retailer. Finally, to choose between the proposals presented, an aqua color pallete scheme was chosen, this option was obtained from the results obtained in the surveys of the target user, a simple modern style was maintained at the same time to provide seriousness to the company. Through this work, the benefits of improving the institutional image of an SME of socks in the country were analyzed, being ready to enter retail. | en |
