| Resumen : | La técnica flecha descendente Cognitiva conductual, sirve para indagar sobre las creencias centrales, y así llegar a la identificación de la creencia básica, la misma que se indagará en función a que el paciente obtenga un cambio positivo, en referencia a la experiencia que vivió, lo cual le permite generar una lectura diferente, no solo sobre su pasado, sino en función al presente y al futuro, en nuestro contexto existe poca investigación relacionada a este tema, para ello se ha planteado una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño cuasi experimental. La muestra será tomada principalmente de un centro privado de la ciudad de Quito para ello se toma en cuenta a pacientes poli consumidores de sustancias psicoactivas masculinos entre 18 30 años de edad. |

The sample will be taken mainly from a private center in the city of Quito. For this purpose, we take into account patients who are poly consumers of male psychoactive substances between 18 30 years of age. |
