Descripción : | The following business plan proposes the implementation of a tea house that offers infusions of roses among other herbs and/or fruits in the city of Quito. The general objective of the investigation is to determine its real viability and feasibility. Additionally, wishes to reflect and embed a tea culture through merging the Chinese and the Ecuadorian culture, since in both countries the consumption of this type of beverages is considered as ancestral. Therefore, introduce how the tea ceremony takes place in China. At the same time, the natural flavors and benefits of native Ecuadorian infusions, such as roses. Customer service and employee training play an extremely important role since they help achieving customer satisfaction and subsequently, customer loyalty as the value perceived goes beyond the product itself, reflected in the health and benefits offered by the beverages. The analysis was carried out through macro and micro investigations of the country and the market, financial projections and the administrative structure, supplemented with the import of bamboo infusers from China. Indeed, once the research and development of the plan (considering tastes and preferences of the possible and potential customers) were concluded, it is determined that the project is not profitable; even though, having an acceptance within the target market in Quito, all sales are not enough gain. The implementation of the business plan would have an initial investment of $33,069.35, showing disheartening indicators on the financial evaluation. |
