| Descripción : | The present business plan for the export of infusions based on horsetail and nettle plants to the United Kingdom. This idea was born to see how there is abundance of both horsetail and nettle in Ecuador, added to this the great demand for infusions that the United Kingdom has, which is evident in the amount imported during the last five years, which is detailed later in analysis of environments. The main objective is to provide an infusion with healing properties that help treat and prevent cardiovascular and kidney diseases; offering more quantity of product for lower price, attracting distributors in the destination country and having a good profitability. Quantitative and qualitative research was carried out to determine the preferences, tastes and qualities of the city of London, which is the market that was chosen to introduce the product. To this is added the opinion of experts who are managers. of companies in the infusion industry. It starts with an investment of $ 20,000 of which 75% is financed by a loan with an interest rate of 8% and 25% is the capital of the investor. The financial project was obtained that the project was viable and that it had a IRR of 25.37% of mayor at the discount rate (WACC) of 9% and a NPV of $ 33,623.16 with a recovery period of four years. |
