Descripción : From the mega global crises that have arisen around the world, many people in Mexico who reside in the big cities have been affected by the severe effects that these recessions leave in their wake, such as poverty, famine, family separation, among others. In fact, the prices of the most nutritious foods have reached their highest levels in 50 years (FAO, 2015). That by combining these two scenarios we can see in the future severe food crises due to the scarcity of food. In contrast, biotechnology is one of the sciences that has managed to discover a scientific method that can help to counteract the social problem posed in the previous paragraph that is tissue culture, which is a process of in vitro cultivation of meristems derived from plants mother that multiply a plant in infinite units, free of pathogens, fast growth and adaptation. (Rodríguez, 2008). It is for that purpose that MOM CIA. Ltd. is created, which will be dedicated to the production and export of in vitro culture plants, focusing their efforts on digital marketing. However, the main objective of the project is to focus its efforts on promoting urban agriculture with the purpose of motivating people to sustainable self-in order to prevent future crises from affecting them. The project is aimed at young millennials aged 18 - 40 from Mexico City who seek a healthy lifestyle and want to live the experience of Urban Agriculture. The business plan is valued at $ 398,310 and will be financed under equity (40%) and debt (60%).
