| Resumen : | El bullying no es un problema social reciente, este ha existido desde que el hombre ha querido tener dominio sobre otro y lo ha buscado hostigando, tomando actitudes violentas o usando la agresión. Hace varios años, desde el auge de las nuevas tecnologías, el acoso ha tenido una transformación convirtiéndose en ciberbullying. Este es el acoso entre pares quienes toman actitudes reprochables y las expresan por medios digitales. El ciberbullying ha tomado varias formas en las diferentes redes sociales y aplicaciones de mensajería. Este se ejecuta a través de memes, videos, packs, rumores, comentarios, entre otros. La característica de este es que se propaga gracias a que varias personas pueden compartir el contenido y generar rumores o conversaciones en torno a cierta persona. La dinámica del acoso cibernético sigue siendo muy similar al acoso tradicional, en este también existen tres actores: agresor, víctima y observador. Sin embargo en los medios digitales es difícil detectarlos porque pueden manejar la condición de anonimato, por ello es complejo controlarlo o sancionarlo. La forma en que se puede regular este comportamiento es previniéndolo. Para Saber la manera correcta de hacerlo, se ha realizado una investigación acerca del comportamiento de los adolescentes y con base en este análisis se ha diseñado una propuesta de campaña comunicacional en contra del ciberbullying colegial en la ciudad de Quito. El proyecto gira en torno a uno de los actores del ciberbullying. Los observadores. La razón por la que fueron elegidos es que si estas personas deciden detener el acoso, romperán el ciclo o la mecánica de violencia hacia otro individuo, ya que sin el respaldo de otras personas, los agresores no tendrán motivación ni apoyo para tomar actitudes negativas de violencia. A través de esta campaña se busca que los jóvenes entiendan que si son indiferentes a una actitud o acción reprochable, son parte del problema. Adicionalmente se busca alcanzar el objetivo que tiene la fundación Rescate Escolar que es reducir los niveles de acoso entre los menores. |
| Descripción : | Bullying is not a recent social problem, it has existed since man wanted to dominate another and has sought harassment, taking violent attitudes or using aggression. Several years ago, since the rise of new technologies, harassment has undergone a transformation, becoming cyberbullying. This is the harassment between peers who take reproachful attitudes and express them by digital means. Cyberbullying has taken several forms in different social networks and messaging applications. This is executed through memes, videos, packs, rumors, comments, among others. The characteristic of this is that it spreads thanks to the fact that several people can share the content and generate rumors or conversations about a certain person. The dynamics of cyberbullying is still very similar to traditional bullying, in this there are also three actors: aggressor, victim and observer. However, in digital media it is difficult to detect them because they can handle the condition of anonymity, which is why it is difficult to control or sanction it. The way in which this behavior can be regulated is by preventing it. To know the correct way to do it, an investigation about the behavior of adolescents has been carried out and based on this analysis a communication campaign proposal against collegial cyberbullying has been designed in the city of Quito. The project revolves around one of the cyberbullying actors. The observers. The reason they were chosen is that if these people decide to stop the harassment, they will break the cycle or the mechanics of violence towards another individual, since without the support of other people, the aggressors will not have motivation or support to take negative attitudes of violence. Through this campaign it is sought that young people understand that if they are indifferent to a reprehensible attitude or action, they are part of the problem. Additionally, it seeks to achieve the goal of the Rescate Escolar foundation, which is to reduce levels of harassment among minors. |
