Descripción : 67.7% from habitants of Quito have a Smartphone. (INEC, 2015). Consumers purchase this product to meet the communication needs with their entire environment. At the same time, that this product is used mostly with a case or casing to protect it from bumps and deterioration. The objective of this project is to prepare a business plan for the manufacture and distribution in the city of Quito of solar charge cell phone cases with the import of solar panels from China, in this way taking advantage of the energy coming from the sun itself. which is a clean energy. It analyzes the external factors that have an impact on the industry of the manufacturing sector and renewable energy, specifically in the development of electronic products; where the Ecuadorian electronics manufacturing industry has grown in recent years to an average of 5.2%, and the government is encouraging the increase in participation in the GDP of this industry, which determines a positive environment for development of the business. Also, in the analysis of the client, quantitative and qualitative tools are used to potential customers of Apple smartphones, interviews with experts and a focus group, to determine the tastes and preferences of the consumer, the target market and relevant data to develop the same. In addition, the marketing plan necessary for the preparation of the project is developed; with the analysis corresponding to the factors of the marketing mix, product, price, place and promotion; detailing the projected expenses in promotion to be incurred. On the other hand, the organizational structure of the project is shown; the type of organization, job profile, payroll with salaries and the legal structure of the company. According to the sample, 100% showed acceptance, that is, there is an opportunity to market the product in the first instance. The financial analysis of the project shows profitability with the following values obtained: VAN $ 7,539.06, IR 1.92 and IRR 27%, which indicate long-term profitability.
