Descripción : The business plan presented brings the idea to meet a vegetarian market with some needs. The meat product based on quinua imported from Bolivia has a lot of benefits for humans such as: health for athletes, people who has any problem with gluten, requirements of proteins in big quantities, and finally people who want to eat healthy food for their own health. Mikhuna Cia Ltda is directed for people between 16-65 years old there is no type of restriction and it is very easy to cook. The main supplier of Mikhuna is “Quinua Foods” with high certifications, higher qualifications compared with the competition. The main goal is to keep a certified product and make it available to consumers that requires the same terms of health. After the results of the quantitative and qualitative research, the project obtained the 91, 5% of acceptance, this percentage of people are the ones that would be willing to purchase the product since they have not achieved any product with those characteristics. The market share the growth of the industry in a range of 3%-4%, which clearly is beneficial for the project. The results also may help to know that the consumption of the product is weekly, at least once a week. For the same reason it will be regarded as one of the bestselling products in the supermarket. Finally, in the financial analysis there are very positive rates for the project. The loss reaches only the first few months. For the very first year there is a small but positive profit of 8 179$. The lower limit that the project can reach is (WACC) 13,03%, 25,28% of TIR is with a recover period of 2 years 10 months, which determines that the project will be successful and it has a positive projection.
