dc.descriptionThe idea of this business plan arises from the historical value of the Hacienda Catahuango, which was home for several years by Manuelita Sáenz. In 2009, after ministerial agreement No. 00253-009 declared the hacienda as part of the State's Cultural Heritage, however, the little vigilance and importance that has been given has caused it to be invaded on several occasions by traffickers of lands. Thus, this titling plan is proposed as a way to preserve this hacienda and its surroundings taking advantage of its historical value and the growing tourist market. While it is true, the theme raised by the farm attracts a small percentage of Germans, this in turn encourages the development and generation of jobs within this sector, making it attractive not only for foreigners but also for local people. The project also turns out to be the perfect excuse for the authorities to become aware of the wasted potential of this patrimonial asset that combines history, culture and tradition in a very natural space on the outskirts of Quito. In this way, new invasions and destruction of the property can be prevented. Under the assumptions silver in this bread and taking into account the quantitative and qualitative information and under a realistic approach based on historical data and series, the implementation of the treasury of Catahuango, is viable conceptually and technically, however, to make it financially. The project must be extended to at least 15 years.en
