In the survey results the oral health knowledge that stands out is that of good knowledge with 58.06% (n equal 18) then regular knowledge with 25.81 (n equal 8), very good knowledge 9.68% (n equal 3) and finally Poor knowledge with 6.45% (n equal 2). The IHOS obtained an average of 0.9 of plate, calculation of 0.3 and 0.1 of Gingivitis that respond to good valuation. Finally, it is concluded that the level of knowledge is acceptable but not sufficient because the average of the total CPOD index was 9.97, which is interpreted according to the O.M.S as a high index.
