| dc.description | This research showed that the incorporation of the figure of the undercover agent who was inserted in the Código Orgánico Integral Penal conforms to the social reality of the Ecuador. To reach this result in chapter I the conceptual bases and highlights of research is set, within chapter II is a study relative to the Comunidad Andina, exercise that allowed to have different points of view on each of the undercover agent requirements. On that basis was carried out an analysis of the costs and benefits associated with this research technique and it was found, that given the need to confront a phenomenon that corrodes the social order is justified their inclusion. | dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación demostró que la incorporación de la figura del agente encubierto que fue insertada en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal se adecúa a la realidad social del Ecuador. Para llegar a este resultado en el capítulo I se fijaron las bases conceptuales y elementos más destacados de la investigación, dentro del capítulo II se hace un estudio comparado en la Comunidad Andina, ejercicio que permitió tener distintos puntos de vista sobre cada uno de los requisitos del agente encubierto. Sobre esa base se realizó un análisis sobre los costos y beneficios que conlleva esta técnica de investigación y se constató, que dada la necesidad de enfrentar un fenómeno que corroe el orden social se justifica su inclusión. No se niega que haya costos elevados pero los beneficios que se obtiene con la implementación del agente encubierto garantizan la seguridad, paz y armonía de toda la sociedad ecuatoriana. | es_ES |
