Descripción : Ecuador has stood out for being one of the main exporters of raw material to the world. In 2015, Ecuador exports about $ 802,888.39 million dollars in fresh flowers, so there is potential for diversification and growth in this sector. The Japanese market specifically the city of Yokohama, proves to be an attractive market for the export of flowers, for its economic stability, legal security to the investors and the high purchasing power that presents its population; About $ 100 per month are destined for the purchase of flowers. Japanese society presents a great attachment to flower arrangements as they are part of their religion and today have adapted to their daily lives. In the customer analysis, both the interviews and the surveys show positive results for the commercialization of Scabiosas to Yokohama. Scabiosa presents great potential for expansion in Japan due to its long stems, durability, bright colors and versatility that are associated with the characteristics that the market needs and that is why they would be willing to buy the flower. For the commercialization of Scabiosas to Yokohama-Japan, the generic strategy of marketing will be differentiation it was chosen, because it is a new product. Meanwhile, the strategy of internationalization will be through intermediation in order to share knowledge and ensure the export and distribution of the product at destination. Each strategy of product, price, place and promotion are oriented to enhance the product, position it and motivate its purchase, and at the same time guarantee customer satisfaction. The company Connecting Ecuadorian Flowers has a vision, mission and short and long term objectives, that are measurable, achievable and clear in which they integrate all the stakeholders. In addition, it will have a horizontal, organic and a flat design. In order, to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness in all the processes of the company, accompanied by a team of qualified professionals for each function. Finally, with the applied financial model, the feasibility of the business is verified and demonstrated, where there is a profit from the first year of operation of the company Connecting Ecuadorian Flowers.
