dc.descriptionFacing the continuous urban development at the surroundings of the Larrea Castle, the need of giving this building that is declared architectural legacy of Quito, a new utility with pleasant spaces so it becomes a new highlight establishment in the city. In this proffer, the inner spaces of the castle are adapted for the operations of Carmine restaurant, known nowadays for its quality of services and products so the business gets more acknowledgement and specially, the castle could get a better maintenance than what it had for several years. Inside approximately 1350m2 divided into 4 levels with many rooms built with supporting walls, an elegant restaurant was adapted with a design inspired in geometric shapes as the neoclassic style, using neutral and brownish colours to give sobriety to the space, with a few golden details as highlights. Each room has its unique characteristics, keeping unity with the rest of the interior, so the customers feels curiosity to see all and want to visit the restaurant again.en
dc.description.abstractAnte el continuo desarrollo urbano en el entorno directo de Castillo Larrea, se ve la necesidad de darle a este edificio, patrimonio arquitectónico de Quito, un nuevo uso y ambientes agradables para que vuelva a ser un establecimiento atractivo de la ciudad. En esta propuesta se adapta el espacio interior de esta edificación para el funcionamiento del restaurante Carmine, actualmente reconocido por su calidad de servicios y productos, de manera que el negocio destaque más y sobre todo, le pueda dar al castillo un tratamiento mejor al que ha recibido por varios años. En aproximadamente 1350m2 divididos en 4 pisos con varias habitaciones de muros portantes, se adaptó un restaurante elegante de un diseño inspirado en formas geométricas como el estilo neoclásico, con el uso de tonos neutros y pardos para darle sobriedad a los espacios junto a detalles en dorado como color de destaque. Cada ambiente tiene sus características diferentes, manteniendo unión con el resto del interior, para que así los clientes sientan curiosidad por conocer todo y deseen volver a visitar el restaurante.es_ES
