Descripción : This project develops the design and implementation of a multiservice system based on structured cabling standards for the company BITLOGIC S.A. For the development of the project has been conformed five chapters, here is a brief description of each one of them. Chapter 1: Describes the concepts on which the development of the project is based; Theoretical fundamentals of telecommunications networks, multi-service networks, norms and standards of structured cabling and subsystems thereof. Chapter 2: Information on the current status of the companys network infrastructure, network service, servers, terminal equipment and LAN traffic is collected. Chapter 3: The design of the multi-service network is developed in this chapter, based on the standards and standards of structured cabling, the migration of the currently installed telecommunications rack and the addition of new network points and video surveillance as a new network service. The cost-benefit analysis of the project is also found in this chapter. Chapter 4: The implementation of the project is described in this chapter, here is evidence of the installation of network infrastructure, configuration of equipment, commissioning of network services and functional tests. Chapter 5: Finally in this chapter, the conclusions and recommendations are drawn up, which are based on the implementation process of the multi-service network. In the section comprised of annexes, the datasheet of the most important devices used in the design of the multiservice network is collected.
