Descripción : This project has been developed to diagnose and respond to different communication needs of Cámara de la Pequeña Industria de Pichincha (CAPEIPI). The principal objective of this project is to find the suitable tools to improve the image of the CAPEIPI by looking at two fundamental aspects: 1. Create a connection between CAPEIPI and their target; therefore, they can be identified as the same organization, a provider of services and a key to their welfare. 2. Remain constant information to their target of the actions performed by the Camera, by designing and producing informative materials for distribution through the media, and maintaining personal attention to each of its affiliates. The methodology used for the preparation of this project is based on the diagnosis of a current situation of the CAPEIPI using an appropriate analysis, and supplemented with a research bibliographic, to set a series of concrete actions to improve their corporative image. It has been developed a communicative plan, which proposes, first, to create a functional and operational basis to ensure the improvement of communication, second create new ways of communication, third, loyalty to current members and employees of the Camera, and fourth, place CAPEIPI as a prestigious brand. As a conclusion, it should be noted that the proposed communication plan responds to an exhaustive investigation made to the members and employees of the Camera, which delineated the guidelines to follow; therefore, this project seeks that the communication of CAPEIPI will be effective and efficient to provide feedback to the organization to help improve its image and therefore the quality of the services provided.
