| Descripción : | This project will talk about how with the application of the operational risk management Logikard C.A has improved. In the first step of the project is describe the enterprise without the changes, for this description was used the summaries of the internal audits and the process maps. The second step will develop with the guides of risk evaluation: identification, analysis and evaluation. For the identification it will be use the FODA matrix. Each risk will be analyzed in the FMEA matrix. The scope of the project will be only for the operational risks of the personalization process. The result of the analysis will give improvement opportunities. Finally, the study will expose the achievements that Logikard achieve with the implementation of the risk management in the process. |
