| Resumen : | La Zona de Estudio se encuentra ubicada en la Administración Zonal La Mariscal del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito. En el cual se realizará un plan de ordenamiento urbano que responda a las problemáticas del territorio, pensando en el futuro desarrollo del sector y en un crecimiento ordenado. Después del diagnóstico realizado en la zona de estudio se consideró conveniente proponer cuatro ejes temáticos para un mejor análisis que son: morfología, movilidad, espacio público y equipamientos, los cuales se relacionarán entre sí para tener un master plan que funcione perfectamente. El Plan de Ordenamiento Urbano tiene como objetivo principal crear un trazado continuo, restablecer el porcentaje de uso residencial e incrementar el volumen en altura, lograr un sistema integrado de movilidad, generar espacios públicos y recreativos y finalmente crear equipamientos que abastezcan la demanda de población proyectada para el 2040. El Centro Lúdico Infantil nace como una necesidad para responder a la falta de equipamientos de bienestar social enfocado a niños de entre uno a seis años. El proyecto se ubica en la calle Juan León Mera y Jerónimo Carrión, en el eje de educación infantil, relacionándose con su entorno y generando un circuito urbano por medio del Parque Recreativo de la Veintimilla que remata en el equipamiento. El proyecto cuenta con un diseño urbano y arquitectónico el cual brinda espacios de aprendizaje lúdico y experiencial para el desarrollo de los niños y su interacción con la naturaleza. |
| Descripción : | The Study Zone is located in the Zonal Administration of La Mariscal of the Metropolitan District of Quito. In which we will made an urban planning that responds to the problems of the territory, thinking about the future development of the sector and an orderly growth. After the diagnosis made in the study area it was consider convenient to propose four thematic axes for a better analysis that are the following; morphology, mobility, public space and equipment, which will relate to each other to have a master plan that works perfectly. The Urban Plan has as main objective to créate a continuous trace, to restore the percentage of residential use and to increase the volume in height, to achieve an integrated system of mobility, to generate public and recreational spaces and finally to create equipment that supply the demand of projected population by 2040. The Children´s Play Center is born as a necessity to respond to the lack of social welfare facilities focused on children between one and six years old. The project is located in Juan León Mera and Jerónimo Carrión streets, in the axis of early childhood education, relating to its surroundings and generating an urban circuit through the Recreational Park of la Veintimilla that finishes in the proposed equipment. The project has an urban and architectural design, which provides spaces for learning and experiential learning for the development of children and their interaction with nature. |
