| Resumen : | El proyecto consiste en un rediseño interior del Centro de Salud Pomasqui; tipo A, con cambio de uso a un Centro de Salud; tipo C, con la finalidad de mediante soluciones arquitectónicas solventar los requerimientos del sector. El objetivo principal del proyecto es poder brindar un servicio óptimo y de calidad al sector público mediante la implementación de nuevas áreas de consulta que actualmente no disponen en el establecimiento, esto permitirá el incremento de atención para los habitantes. Se desea desarrollar este proyecto de rediseño después de haber analizado las necesidades del usuario a través de herramientas investigativas las cuales han permitido determinar los espacios necesarios para el funcionamiento de la misma. Se pretende crear áreas que ayuden a mejorar el estilo de vida de los usuarios, teniendo en cuenta las ordenanzas para establecimientos de salud y también aspectos técnicos y estéticos que se encuentren relacionados con el tema. El proyecto se realizará en las instalaciones actuales del Centro de Salud, ubicado en la Avenida Manuel Córdova Galarza que cuenta con un área según escritura de 3000.60 m2. |
| Descripción : | The project consists in a redesign inside the center of health Pomasqui; type A, with change of use to a center of health; type C, with the aim of using architectural solutions solve the requirements of the sector. The main objective of the project is to provide an optimum service and quality in the public sector through the implementation of new areas of inquiry that currently do not have on site, this will allow increased attention for the inhabitants. We want to develop this project of redesign after having analyzed the needs of the user through investigative tools which have allowed to determine the necessary spaces for the operation of the same. It aims to create areas that help improve the lifestyle of users, taking into account the Ordinances for establishments of health and also technical and esthetic aspects which are related to the topic. The project will take place in the current facilities of the health center, located in Manuel Córdova Galarza Avenue which has an area according to script 3000.60 m2. |
