Descripción : Now a days most companies search ways to automate their processes and to have an integrated system of their personnel, their equipment and their information. Thanks to technological innovation there is a way to unify processes and reduce company costs. The business plan detailed below explains the creation of a Company which offers traceability services in a school through RFID technology. The service assures the parents their children’s assistance to school. Also, RFID offers the school an entry and exit control of their administrative personnel, it optimizes the teacher´s time to teach by eliminating student registry at the beginning of each class, and it improves medical procedures by organizing the student medical chart. Through market research, using qualitative and quantitative methods, it was discovered that 82 porciento of private schools would be willing to invest in the RFID service. On the other hand, being a technology that is not very well-known in the medium, marketing and sales strategies will be carried out through direct marketing and public relations. The seller is important within the sales process to attract potential customers and present the service through a showroom It was verified through the financial analysis that the project is feasible, by calculating the NVP, IRR period of recovery of the investment and the rate of return. It demonstrates economic viability, the NPV is positive higher than 0, the IRR is higher than the discount rate, and the recovery period is less than 3 years and the rate of return is greater than USD 3.00. These indicators demonstrate the possibility of implementing the business plan.
