| dc.description | Doing sports is beneficial for physical and mental health; sports figures seek sports achievements, often focusing more on results than health care. Therefore, elite athletes have higher injury rates. A valid alternative to support the elite athlete is the Hyperbaric Oxygenation Treatment (TOHB), which has proven to be very effective in treating various injuries in elite athletes in various fields. In this regard, the aim of this business plan is to create a hyperbaric chamber center with nutritional counseling for high performance athletes; this way, a proper environment will be provided for the elite athlete in order to shorten recovery time so that they can be ready to return to competition or training in less time and better conditions. The plan includes the analysis of environments from which the high potential of the high performance sport industry is revealed. Furthermore, the target client is analyzed; all elite athletes constitute the potential market for the Project. Their likes and preferences are determined to develop the marketing mix, which is developed in the marketing plan. This resulted in the need to promote High Performance Center, especially through social networks and electronic channels. The USP unique selling proposition is providing the client with high efficiency recovery; preventing injuries; restoring athletic functions without loss of performance in the least time possible; guiding them to a balanced nutrition; competent staff, highly knowledgeable and experienced as well as a lower price than the competition. The scope of High Performance operations is to be a leading organization in nutrition, prevention and high-performance sports recovery. It will be supported by highly qualified human talent and a philosophy of continuous improvement to generate quality services. The financial evaluation from the perspective of the project and investor, shows that the project is viable. Thus, the company will be regarded as a successful company in coming years. | en |
