Descripción : The present research aims to determine the commercial and financial feasibility of creating a company that promotes, implements and commercializes vehicle safety accessories that include DashCams (front cameras) with GPS, collision warning sensor for vehicles, and legal advice in the province of Pichincha. The products and services provided by the company, will help users who seek greater protection for their personal vehicle. It is important to consider that the growth of the automotive market of the province is high. As the purchase of vehicles grows, the percentage of consumers looking for car safety accessories also increases, resulting in a 30 percent of total buyers. Within this market, there are consumers who go to luxury accessory stores looking for new technologies and quality products. The target market is made up of these users who oscillate between 18 and 65 years of age and own vehicles. The service and products, that are intended to be commercialized, do not have direct competition. There is an opportunity in the market because of the products innovation and for the existing need which was verified by the market study carried out. The research has made it possible to analyses the technical, administrative and financial aspects, which concluded that the implementation of the company is feasible with a high potential to enter the market. There are some risks from the external environment as well as from the industry, but with the strategies proposed and the coverage, the risks will be mitigated and the company will be able to enter the market strongly and successfully. The financial analysis has shown that the company will have a high level of profitability with a positive NPV, and a 53.4 percent IRR, in relation to an opportunity rate of 19.3 percent. Therefore, this makes the project financially profitable and feasible technically and in the market. Its implementation is recommended due to its high possibility of success and profitability for the planned investments.
