dc.descriptionThe present document is based on determining strategies that lead the company Bräu Platz S.A to optimize the resources, loyalty to its clients and therefore maximize the profits. The bar restaurant has a commercial trajectory since 2008, in the pink area of Quito, located in Plaza Foch. Nowadays it maintains an important place in the market within the thematic bars, focusing on offering its customers an exclusive and dynamic German-Bavaria atmosphere, with prestige and quality. They offer different types of dishes Grilled and domestic and foreign drinks; inside the drinks the preferential consumption of beer is emphasized. However, in the last year the company has presented losses and presents a high level of indebtedness. For this reason, the company proposes an improvement plan that will allow it to achieve high profitability, in different administrative and organizational areas, marketing and better financial management, attracting and retaining new customers. However, the improvement plan will focus on the strategic development of marketing and finance, boost sales volume, improve liquidity and profit margins, with an investment amount of 45,058.12. The results obtained with the valuation criteria calculated VAN, IRR, recovery period and profitability index, establish that the proposal of the improvement plan is feasible and feasible in its implementation, because they present significant values and that guarantee the execution. The NPV calculated through cash flows is 94,010.56, the IRR is 42.86 percent, the execution period is less than 3 years and the return is greater than $ 2.00.en
