Resumen : En la actualidad, la tendencia de consumo a nivel mundial por productos de origen natural se está incrementando de igual manera está aumentando la preferencia de los consumidores por productos responsables con el medio ambiente. En Estados Unidos la industria cosmética natural presenta un crecimiento anual de 3,8 por ciento, Stewart, 2016. Es por esto que nace Uyapura, una empresa ecuatoriana que responde a esta oportunidad de negocio, presentando una propuesta de belleza natural y ecoamigable, elaborada a base de cacao orgánico y otros ingredientes naturales que se mezclan y crean Bella Coca, mascarilla facial de múltiples beneficios como la hidratación y el rejuvenecimiento para el rostro de quien las utilice. Con esta premisa, se realizó un análisis de la industria tanto local como extranjera. Una investigación de mercado, que definió un mercado objetivo de 344364 mujeres de la ciudad de Nueva York, gracias a la gran aceptación de obtuvo el producto que fue del 70 por ciento y al alto poder adquisitivo que tienen los habitantes de esta ciudad, además del estilo de vida y preferencias por esta clase de productos. De la investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa se extrajo importante información acerca las preferencias en la presentación del producto, el material de los envases, la cantidad, el medio y la frecuencia de compra, el tipo de publicidad y el precio dispuesto a pagar. Información que ayudó a construir la estrategia de internacionalización y de marketing de Uyapura y la definición del mix de marketing. La propuesta de valor abarca la diferenciación de Uyapura del proceso productivo y el valor agregado de Bella Cocoa que reflejan la misión y visión de la empresa. Finalmente en el capítulo financiero se determinaron los valores del VAN USD 43911,51 USD, un IR de 2,17, una TIR de 51,64 por ciento y un período de recuperación de un año y cuatro meses aproximadamente, definiendo así la viabilidad del presente proyecto.
Descripción : At present, the trend of worldwide consumption of natural products is increasing, as is the preference of consumers for products responsible for the environment. In the United States, the natural cosmetic industry has an annual growth of 3.8 percent, Stewart, 2016. That is why Uyapura is born, an Ecuadorian company that responds to this business opportunity, presenting a proposal of natural and ecofriendly beauty, made from organic cocoa and other natural ingredients that blend and create Bella Coca, facial mask of multiple benefits such as hydration and rejuvenation for the face of whoever uses them. With this premise, an analysis of the industry both local and foreign. A market investigation, which defined a target market of 344364 women in New York City, thanks to the high acceptance of the product that was 70 percent, and the high purchasing power of the inhabitants of this city, in addition lifestyle and preferences for this kind of products. From the quantitative and qualitative research, important information was extracted about the preferences in the presentation of the product, the material of the containers, the quantity, the means and the frequency of purchase, the type of publicity, and the price willing to pay. Information that helped to build Uyapura´s internationalization and marketing strategy, and the definition of the marketing mix. The value proposition encompasses Uyapura´s differentiation of the productive process and the added value of Bella Cocoa, which reflect the mission and the vision of the company. Finally, in the financial chapter, the values of the NPV USD 43911,51 USD, an IR of 2,17, a TIR of 51,64 percent and a recovery period approximately of one year and a four months, thus defining the feasibility of this project.
