| Descripción : | The present business plan presents and analyzes the feasibility of initiating a new entertainment business in the shopping center “El Recreo”, at the south area of the city of Quito. It is about opening a center of snookball, also called billiards with the feet. The development of this strategic document initiates with the analysis of the external environment, quantitative and qualitative research of the client, what allowed knowing that the target market is wide since it consists of persons between 15 and 44 years old who enjoy free time activities and sports. The value proposition of this business centers on the innovation across the healthy entertainment for children, young people and adults in a crowded place. The investigation determined that there is a positive valuation among the public, for which the sales level is expected to increase gradually until the fourth year of operations allowing an internal rate of return (IRR) of 38,59 % of the investment project, which ratifies the economic viability of the project. |
