| Descripción : | In the Amazon region a variety of products are developed, not all of these products are known by the Ecuadorian people nor the foreign ones. Because of the unrecognition of these and the unexploited landscape of Amazon is that this previous paper is a Business Plan about the creation of a coffee shop in the city of Puyo, the financial viability of this idea has being tried to be proved. In order to achieve this an environment analysis was made, which showed a good environment for a business to prosper; an industry analysis showed that there were more opportunities than threats; a client analysis with the use of a focus group, two expert interviews and a survey was made, focusing on people who live in Puyo in between ages from 20 to 80 and social economic levels A, B, C+ who like to visit coffee shops. Also, a plan of marketing with its own strategies was set. An operation plans all the way through the supply chain and an organization plan was made as well. Finally, a financial evaluation, including financial statements and financial indicators were applied, which showed the viability of the project with a positive VAN of $10831.43 and a TIR of 20.08%. |
