| dc.description | The most important factor in egg production is adequate feeding of quality and costs, and because the biggest competitiveness existing within the poultry industry are using new ways to reduce production costs, one of the options being used is the addition of enzyme to diets low in protein and energy, improve metabolism and digestibility of nutrients and restoring the nutritional value of diet, at a lower cost. The objective of this study is to evaluate the influence of exogenous digestive enzymes in restricted diets of energy and protein in the production. The experiment was realized at the poultry farm Avicamp, 720 hens were used for genetic line Hy-Line Brown, starting with hens from 14 weeks of age, randomly distributed into 3 treatments with 2 replicates each, and 120 birds for each replica, being the same hens in breeding and posture. Enzyme complex was used Avizyme 1502 (amylases, proteases and xylanases). The treatments were: Control (no enzyme), a diet with nutritional requirements of the general group, Treatment A (with enzyme), restrictions of 3% of energy and protein with respect to the Control, and Treatment B (with enzyme), 5% restriction energy and protein in relation to control. | en |
