dc.description	In November 2015, in Quito, a group of twenty-five women whose common denominator was to have abandoned their careers to care for their family, met to discuss business from a feminine perspective. This experience resulted in a cohesive group motivated to look for business alternatives. Month by month, the training breakfasts have allowed them to define that a system, mentality and financing is required to accelerate these initiatives. Today, the group calling itself Red de Mujeres Líderes (RML) faces the challenge of structuring itself as an organization with legal status. The initiative ceased to be private at the time when the women appropriated this space, gave it a name and began to collaborate freely among them. The most natural thing is, therefore, that the organization also arises from a collaborative work. This work develops the strategy to turn the RML community into an organization of the financial sector of the popular and solidarity economy. The options and the strategy to carry it out are analyzed.	en
