| Descripción : | The following Project aims to structure a feasible and applicable proposal to achieve an increase in the productivity of the plastic adhesive production line of the company Engoma CIA LTDA, through the optimization of set up times, application of processes of total productive maintenance (TPM), production planning and the establishment of procedures of order, cleaning and standardization. With this objective, an assessment was made of the current state of the productivity level of the manufacturing line, as well as all the factors and shortcomings that have a direct or indirect implication in the issues of efficiency, quality and availability, which are the Factors that make up the OEE productivity indicator. During the first stage, the problems present in the current state of the company were investigated, measured and defined clearly and that has a direct effect on the OEE level or what will be known as the baseline for the emprovement proposal. In the measurement stage, the entire information base needed to evaluate the current state of the company which is portrayed in the VSM tool was collected and lifted, this process required time taking, machine efficiency analysis and level review of current quality. With problems well defined and supported by reliable data, an analysis is made of the root causes that occur in the company and that have a direct effect on the productivity level of the production line, finding root causes and attacking them Ensures that the overall problem is largely mitigated, since the efforts and resources are aimed at actions and processes of high impact in increasing the OEE. Finally, with the root causes identified, an implementation plan will be proposed for the improvements and tools to be used, in order to reach the overall objective of the project. |
