Resumen : El presente trabajo de titulación propone una intervención interiorista con la finalidad de rediseñar de la fundación Laura Vicuña de la comunidad Salesiana, ubicada en la parroquia de Amaguaña, en las calles José Mejía y Cristóbal Colón esquina, en el Valle de los Chillos, al sur de Quito. Donde su principal misión es disminuir la situación de riesgo de las niñas de 8 a 11 años. Por lo tanto la propuesta ha sido escogida pensado en las menores de edad y sus necesidades. La edificación mencionada carece de diseño que cumpla con requerimientos funcionales, estéticos y ergonómicos para las personas que lo habitan, generando la necesidad de proponer un rediseño interiorista, para dar soluciones a los problemas de distribución, por el desaprovechamiento y desorganización de espacios, obteniendo áreas más recomendables que vayan acorde a sus necesidades. El mobiliario existente no tiene medidas antropométricas para las niñas y sus actividades físicas y cognitivas. Además, el proyecto no solo se compromete a un fin estético, sino también a involucrar al usuario íntimamente con su estancia en la fundación. Por lo que se tomará en cuenta los talleres de computación, corte y confección, bisutería, ya que son abiertos al público, aportando a los moradores del sector. Con la Arquitectura Interior se pueden generar modificaciones de espacios, permitiendo mejorar la estética y la funcionabilidad de una edificación, y por tanto la calidad de vida de la gente que lo habita.
Descripción : The following project proposes an interior redesign to the foundation Laura Vicuña of the Salesian community, located in the parish of Amaguaña, in the streets José Mejía and Cristóbal Colon corner, in the Valley of the Chillos, south of Quito. Where its main mission is to reduce the risk situation of girls from 8 to 11 years. Therefore, the proposal has been chosen in the minors and their needs. The aforementioned building lacks a design that meets functional, aesthetic and ergonomic requirements for the people that inhabit it, generating the need to propose an interior design, to give solutions to the problems of distribution, for the wastage and disorganization of spaces, obtaining areas more recommended to go according to your needs. The furniture has no anthropometric measurements for girls and their physical and cognitive activities. In addition, the project is not only committed to an aesthetic purpose, but also to involve the user with their stay in the foundation. Therefore, we took into account the workshops of computer, cutting and confection, jewelry, as the child open to the public, contributing to the residents of the sector. With the Interior Architecture, you can generate modifications of spaces, allowing improving the aesthetics and functionality of a building, and therefore the quality of life of the people who inhabit it.
