| dc.description | This paper is about the telecommunications equipment importation ONT (Optical Network Terminal) from China market via maritime, which Consume Regimen (10) was developed based on different parameters and the general logistic process of the importation. There are contained here the legal taxes, tariffs, documents and rules that are currently regulating the incoming merchant to Ecuador. These are the same directions established by the Organic Code of Production Commerce and Inversions (COPCI). In addition, there are presented annual data of exportations from the China market about the product mentioned before. Furthermore, there is evidence about the importations made by Ecuador in telecommunication equipment ONT with tariff code 8517.62.20.00, which were taken from TradeMap, Central Bank of Ecuador and others. In conclusion, considering that the technology is in a constant development, particularly in telecommunication due to the optical fibre arrival. In this importation process has been sorted out that the project is viable because it will start to compete in the market with a competitive price. | en |
