Descripción : Anxiety prior to endodontic treatments is present in the population between 4- 23 percent ranging from mild to severe, which is why there are several techniques to reduce it, such as music therapy. Using different types of music frequency causes a greater state of relaxation, decreasing your heart rate and to a lesser extent your blood pressure. This type of music is found in tuning frequency LA 432Hz and binaural music, which works on the alpha waves of the brain, where the patient is anxiety will decrease. That is why this research aims to determine the effect of two types of musical frequency prior to endodontic treatment, and to observe the changes that patients present in their blood pressure and heart rate. or this reason we are facing a non-experimental, correlational-causal study, which will be performed in 60 patients. All the procedure and measurements were taken prior to endodontic treatment. The results were demonstrated through T student and ANOVA as the tests were from parametric samples with normal distribution. Attaining the following results, Average Blood Pressure (PAM) before musical reproduction was 91.03 where, 90.5 Binaural Music (MB), 92.90 Frequency Music 432Hz (MF432), and 90.15 Patients Without Music (PSM). After the musical reproduction the values were: PAM of 89.75; (MB) 88.00, (MF432) 91.10 and for (PSM) 90.15. Regarding the Heart Rate (HR) before musical reproduction, the following results were obtained, (MB) 77.5, (MF432) 78.70 and (PSM) 73.95, giving a total of 76.72. After musical reproduction, the following data, (MB) 70.6, (MF432) 74.10 and (PSM) 73,950, total of 72.88. It is concluded that the use of music in tuning LA 432Hz and binaural music decreases the heart rate and blood pressure statistically in equal proportion, lowering the levels of anxiety in the patients, before endodontic treatment
