| dc.description | The present titling work is a proposal for the implementation of good practices of tourism in the services of lodging in the parish, DMQ. It was developed under the initiative of the School of Hospitality and Tourism of the University of the Americas as part of the project of linking with the community. Chapter One; It corresponds to the theoretical framework of the themes of origin of tourism, types of tourism, origin of good practices, application of good practices in tourism and application of good practices of tourism in establishments of the parish of Pacto. Chapter Two; Corresponds to the characterization of the situation of the territory, where the descriptive data of the parish are integrated as the geographic location, the physical environmental description, the economic productive characteristics, sociocultural, infrastructure, connectivity and mobility. Chapter three; It refers to the characterization of the tourist system of the territory, the issues dealt with as the real supply and demand of the establishments, as well as the diagnosis, the superstructure and the identification of the problem. Chapter four; the planning of the project, the duration of the project and its beneficiaries, is carried out and the project proposal is developed through a framework containing objectives, activities, means of verification and indicators. Includes an Intervention timeline and the project budget. Chapter five; The last chapter corresponds to the implementation strategy that describes the development of the proposal, where the manual of good tourism practices is developed, it is possible environmental impact, the management model, the financing of the project, the strategies of Follow up and finally the respective conclusions and recommendations. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de titulación es una propuesta para la implementación de buenas prácticas de turismo en los servicios de alojamiento en la parroquia, DMQ. Se desarrolló bajo la iniciativa de la Escuela de Hospitalidad y Turismo de la Universidad de las Américas como parte del proyecto de vinculación con la comunidad. Capítulo uno; Corresponde al marco teórico el cual aborda temas del origen del turismo, tipos de turismo, origen de buenas prácticas, aplicación de buenas prácticas en el turismo y aplicación de buenas prácticas de turismo en establecimientos de la parroquia de Pacto. Capítulo dos; Corresponde a la caracterización situacional del territorio, en donde se integran datos descriptivos de la parroquia como la localización geográfica, descripción física ambiental, características económicas productivas, socioculturales, de infraestructura, conectividad y movilidad. Capítulo tres; Se refiere a la caracterización del sistema turístico del territorio, se abordan temas como la oferta y demanda actual de los establecimientos, así como el diagnóstico, superestructura e identificación del problema. Capítulo cuatro; Se realiza la planificación del proyecto indicando, la duración del mismo y sus beneficiaros, y se desarrolla la propuesta del proyecto por medio de un marco lógico que contiene objetivos, actividades, medios de verificación e indicadores, además se incluye un cronograma de intervención y el presupuesto del proyecto. Capítulo cinco; El último capítulo corresponde a la estrategia de implementación que describe el desarrollo de la propuesta, en donde se desarrolla el manual de buenas prácticas de turismo, su posible impacto ambiental, el modelo de gestión, el financiamiento del proyecto, las estrategias de seguimiento y por último las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones. | es_ES |
