| Descripción : | The dental sensibility is one of the problems caused by multiple factors, one of them is the posttreatment sensibility to the dental clearance, nevertheless it is the most used method at present in the persons who has dental fluorosis with the purpose of improving the color of the tooth and the esthetics, in the present investigation there was studied the behavior of the application of solution of McInnes in this type of teeth by relation to the sensibility Objective: To evaluate the degree of dentin sensibility in a group of patients from the population of Salasaca, post application of the whitener solution of McInnes in the period of August, 2016 - March, 2017. Method: Clinical - Random simple - blind in the service of odontology in the center of health of Salasaca community the period of August 2016-in March, 2017 took an intentional sample not probabilistic conformed by 40 patients with dental fluorosis degree Tf 4 that achieved with the inclusion criteria for the application of the whitener agents, 20 men and 20 women, they divided in two groups at random for the application, to the group control (20 persons) clearance with peroxide of hydrogen to 35 percent, and to another group with solution of McInnes, immediately afterwards EVE was proceeded to evaluate the sensibility by the scale. Result: According to the obtained information they show solution of McInnes causes major sensibility than the peroxide of hydrogen to 35 percent but statistically it is not significant. Conclusion: solution of McInnes causes major sensibility opposite to the peroxide of hydrogen to 35 percent, as for the clearance in teeth of color with fluorosis solution of McInnes really is superior to the peroxide of hydrogen to 35 percent. |
