| Descripción : | The present titration work was developed in the sector of the Mariscal, Canton Quito, and Province of Pichincha in one of the best hotels five stars with that counts the city, dedicated to the impulse of the tourism. This document will allow to know, to identify, to measure and to evaluate the occupational risks to which the collaborators of the kitchen area are exposed, for that the matrix GTC-45 is used. It is a necessity for the company to carry out the investigation to comply with the constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, which requires that every person with the right to carry out his work in an adequate environment and that guarantees his health, integrity, safety, hygiene and Wellness The results of the investigation propose the preventive and corrective measures pertinent to guarantee compliance with legal regulations. In addition, staff are made aware of accidents and occupational diseases. |
