Descripción : This thesis project develops the business plan for the company Casa Pazmiño S.A. (“The Company”) The Companys activities include importation and merchandising of office equipment and computer software. The market for technology products is growing in Ecuador. There are currently 511.130,00 (INEC, 2011) economic establishments in Ecuador. This is an attractive number considering that the main clients of Casa Pazmiño S.A. are companies. In fact, studies and market analysis indicate that 44.50% of these companies use and require office equipment and computer software in their business. This represents a great market share increase for the company in this potential market. Casa Pazmiño S.A. is established in the Ecuadorian market with more than 25 years of experience and has the confidence of its customers. Its business is not limited to selling products at competitive prices, but also includes excellent support and service after the sale which consists of advice, upgrades as well as, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and software. All of these aspects constitute the companys competitive advantage. The analysis of the Company is based on the following criteria: assessing the internal and external situation, developing the economic and financial factors of the Company, and evaluating the performance under the context of its current performance and future if the proposed plan is implemented. In order to implement the business plan for Casa Pazmiño SA an investment of $ 60,977.00 is required. This initial investment will allow the Company to regulate its current activities plus maintaining an average growth of 8.48% per annum through the year 2016 and an average return of 11.23% annual based on historical data projections. As a conclusion of the present development plan, a real growth opportunity exists in the market for Casa Pazmiño S.A. These are the reasons why the company should seek growth by implementing a solid administrative base and increasing its sales. The goal is that this plan will guide and direct the company towards stability and sustainable business development while benefiting its shareholders, employees, customers, national and foreign suppliers.
